Emma U-Utal-Utal is a children's book published by St Pauls Philippines that was launched last September 20, 2014 at the St Pauls Booth during the 35th Manila International Book Fair in SMX Convention Center MOA Complex Pasay City. The author of the book is wedding and events planner Ms. Meanne Mabesa Mijares.
